Another NPG subsite by Link Digital, the present Tense exhibition explores how new ways of imaging reflect the individual in this digital world and the mechanisms of imaging that are used. Link’s involvement in presenting this dynamic exhibition involved design and development of an animated opening sequence that supports and enhances the exhibition subtext of an imagined grammar of portraiture in the digital age. The opening concludes by directing online visitors to artworks and artist details via a set of interactive panoramic images of the physical exhibition space. Work further involved design and development of a page for each artwork as well as an essay page.
