Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Industry, Tourism and Resources, the Hon Bob Baldwin, made the announcement at a public event in Sydney as part of the Centenary of Trade Marks celebrations.
Link was contracted to develop the website and voting system used to promote and collate information about IP Australia’s national poll to find our favourite Trade Mark. Security surrounding the poll was tight, with Link having to provide KPMG with full access to the voting mechanism so that an audit of the poll’s validity could be performed before the final announcement was made.
